Commitment: 10–40 hours/week What You'll Do Manage clinical trial timelines, milestones, and deliverables to keep studies on track and on time

Oversee study budgets, financial forecasting, and cost tracking across multiple vendors and research partners

Coordinate with CROs, investigative sites, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution of study operations

Identify operational risks early, resolve issues proactively, and keep all stakeholders aligned throughout the trial lifecycle





Apply your clinical research expertise to help train and evaluate AI systems built for healthcare and life sciences contexts Who You Are Experienced in clinical trial project management — you know how to keep budgets controlled and timelines intact

Proven track record managing vendors, CROs, or external research partners

Skilled at coordinating multiple workstreams simultaneously without losing sight of quality or compliance A natural problem-solver who can anticipate operational challenges before they become critical issues

Clear, confident communicator who can align diverse stakeholders across a complex research ecosystem Nice to Have Prior experience with data annotation, data quality review, or evaluation systems

Familiarity with AI tools, clinical data platforms, or digital health technologies
