Clinical Study Manager (AI Training) About The Role What if your clinical trial management expertise could directly shape how AI understands and reasons about healthcare research? We're looking for experienced Clinical Study Managers to support the operational execution of clinical research projects — and in doing so, help train the next generation of AI models built on real-world scientific data. This is a fully remote, flexible contract role built for seasoned clinical operations professionals who know how to keep complex studies on track.

Commitment: 10–40 hours/week What You'll Do Manage clinical trial timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure projects stay on track and on schedule

Oversee study budgets, financial forecasting, and expenditure tracking across multiple vendors and research partners

Coordinate with CROs, investigator sites, and internal teams to ensure smooth, high-quality study execution

Identify operational risks early, resolve issues proactively, and keep all stakeholders aligned throughout the trial lifecycle





Apply your real-world clinical expertise to support AI training data quality and evaluation workflows Who You Are Experienced clinical trial project manager with a strong track record managing budgets, timelines, and multi-vendor operations

Skilled at coordinating across CROs, sites, and cross-functional teams in complex research environments

Able to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously without losing sight of quality or deadlines A clear, confident communicator who can align stakeholders and resolve friction efficiently

Self-directed and reliable — you deliver without needing to be micromanaged Nice to Have Experience with data annotation, data quality assurance, or evaluation systems

Familiarity with AI tools, clinical data platforms, or digital health research environments
