Commitment: 10–40 hours/week What You'll Do Oversee clinical trial timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure projects stay on track and on budget

Manage study budgets, forecasting, and financial tracking across multiple vendors and research partners

Coordinate with CROs, clinical sites, and internal teams to drive smooth, high-quality study execution

Identify operational risks early, resolve issues decisively, and keep all stakeholders aligned throughout the trial lifecycle

Apply your clinical operations expertise to evaluate and improve AI-generated content related to clinical research workflows Who You Are Experienced in clinical trial project management — you've owned timelines,



budgets, and vendor relationships across complex studies

Comfortable managing CROs, external research partners, and cross-functional teams simultaneously A explicit, structured communicator who can keep complex workstreams moving and stakeholders informed

Detail-oriented and proactive — you spot problems before they become crises

Self-motivated and reliable when working independently in a remote environment Nice to Have Prior experience with data annotation, data quality review, or evaluation systems

Familiarity with AI tools or clinical data platforms

Background spanning multiple therapeutic areas or trial phases
