Commitment: 10–40 hours/week What You'll Do Apply your clinical systems knowledge to evaluate, test, and improve AI-generated outputs related to healthcare IT workflows
Review and assess AI responses on topics such as EHR configuration, system troubleshooting, clinical data management, and hospital infrastructure
Identify inaccuracies, gaps, or unrealistic recommendations in AI-generated clinical systems content
Provide structured, expert feedback to help AI models reason more accurately about real-world healthcare environments
Translate clinical and operational nuance into clear, actionable evaluation criteria
Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule Who You Are Experienced in supporting, administering, or optimizing healthcare IT systems — including EHRs, clinical applications, or hospital infrastructure
Strong technical troubleshooting instincts and a systematic approach to problem-solving
Comfortable working at the intersection of clinical workflows and technical systems
Able to evaluate content critically and communicate feedback clearly in writing
Self-directed and reliable — you manage your time well without close oversight Nice to Have Experience with data annotation, data quality, or AI evaluation workflows
Background working with clinicians or interdisciplinary healthcare teams
Familiarity with healthcare data standards (HL7, FHIR, ICD coding, etc.)
