Club Manager (Full time) Salary: $69,000 – $85,000 + Performance Bonus

As Club Manager, you'll be responsible for leading the club's operations, driving membership growth, developing staff, and creating an exceptional experience for members.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and develop a high-performing team.
- Drive membership growth and retention strategies.
- Manage day-to-day club operations.
- Oversee budgets, scheduling, equipment maintenance, and club presentation.
- Foster a positive and motivating club culture.
- Build strong relationships with members and the local community.
- Identify opportunities for business growth and development.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and industry standards.

About You





- Proven experience in management, leadership, or sales.
- Strong business and commercial acumen.
- Excellent communication and people leadership skills.
- Results focused with a passion for customer service.
- Personal training qualification or similar.
- Experience in fitness, recreation, hospitality, retail, or service industries will be highly regarded.

Membership Sales Consultant Part time | 8-12 Hours Per Week

Excellent Hourly rate

As a Membership Sales Consultant, you'll play a key role in growing our membership community and helping prospective members take the first step towards achieving their fitness goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and convert membership enquiries.
- Conduct phone and face-to-face sales consultations.
- Build relationships with prospective and existing members.
- Participate in local community outreach and networking activities.
- Assist in achieving club growth targets.
- Deliver exceptional customer service.

About You

- Positive, energetic, and self motivated.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Sales experience preferred but not essential.
- Goal oriented with a passion for helping others.
