About the Role

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced retail leader to step into a dual role leading their own flagship store while taking commercial and people accountability across a two-store Perth cluster.

As Cluster Manager, you'll be on the floor driving sales and setting the standard in your flagship location, while also overseeing the performance, team, and operations of the second store in your cluster. You'll be the kind of leader who leads by example, builds strong store cultures, and knows how to get the best out of people all while keeping a close eye on the commercial performance of both locations.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Commercial Performance

- Drive sales targets and KPI achievement across both stores in the cluster
- Analyse weekly trading results and implement initiatives to improve conversion, ATV, and UPT
- Take ownership of wage management and operational costs across the cluster
- Identify opportunities to maximise performance in each location and act on them quickly
- Report on cluster performance to the Area Manager with clarity and commercial confidence

Team Leadership & Development

- Lead, coach, and develop Store Managers, Assistant Managers, and sales teams across both locations
- Build a high-performance culture centred on genuine customer connection, product knowledge, and brand pride
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and training across the cluster
- Conduct regular performance conversations and put development plans in place

Customer Experience

- Set and uphold an exceptional customer experience standard across both stores
- Ensure every team member understands the brand's story and can bring it to life on the floor
- Champion a warm, personalised service approach that turns first-time buyers into loyal customers

Operations & Visual Merchandising

- Maintain high standards of store presentation, VM execution, and product display in line with brand guidelines
- Oversee stock management, rostering, loss prevention, and compliance across both locations
- Ensure all company policies, health and safety obligations, and retail procedures are consistently followed
- Support the rollout of campaigns, product launches, and seasonal initiatives across the cluster

About You

- 3+ years of retail management experience, with exposure to multi-site or cluster management highly regarded
- A proven track record of hitting sales targets and developing high-performing teams
- A natural leader who thrives on the floor you lead from the front, not the office
- Passionate about jewellery, lifestyle product, and delivering a memorable customer experience
- Commercially sharp with a solid understanding of retail KPIs and what drives them
- Strong communicator who builds genuine relationships with customers, team members, and stakeholders
- Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities across two locations
