- Provide companies with Executive Search-grade quality for every hire

The MVP (Minimal Viable Product) is in production at renowned Executive Search firms and startups.

Role Description The Co-Founder will play a key role in shaping Likened’s strategy, product direction, and market positioning while working full time on-site in Sydney, NSW. Day-to-day responsibilities include defining the company vision, validating customer needs, leading go-to-market initiatives, and building partnerships with organizations and professionals affected by AI-driven change. The role involves collaborating on product design, overseeing research and experimentation, and driving sales and marketing efforts to grow the user base.

The Co-Founder will also help build and lead a small team, manage operations, and engage with investors and advisors to secure resources for scaling. This position requires a hands-on approach, comfort with ambiguity,



and a strong commitment to the mission of helping workers thrive in the age of AI.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical skills to interpret market trends, user data, and AI workforce impacts, and to inform product and business decisions.
- Exceptional communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication, stakeholder engagement, and public speaking.
- Proven experience in sales, with the ability to build pipelines, close deals, and develop partnerships with organizations and individuals.
- Marketing expertise, including brand positioning, digital marketing, and go-to-market strategy for early-stage products or services.
- Research skills to explore evolving AI trends, user needs, and competitive landscapes, and to test hypotheses through customer discovery.
- Prior startup, entrepreneurial, or founder experience, ideally in edtech, AI, career development, or skilled services.
- Familiarity with AI concepts and tools, and enthusiasm for helping others adopt and benefit from AI in their work.
- Ability to work collaboratively, make decisions under uncertainty, and take ownership of both strategic and operational responsibilities.
