We are seeking an experienced, enthusiastic and engaging team member who is passionate about delivering a great experience to our client with every interaction.

DAY SHIFT:

- Monday to Friday from 10:00am – 2:00pm

ROLE REQUIREMENTS The ideal applicant will be well presented, proactive and able to work well on their own and in a team. They will also be able to use their initiative in their daily routine to provide services that are of a high standard.

- To ensure that a high level of cleanliness is maintained on a daily basis.
- Participate in the maintenance and cleaning of related premise areas, including:
- Cleaning toilets;
- Cleaning all surfaces, fixtures and fittings;
- Cleaning floors, walls and partitions as appropriate;
- Cleaning equipment after use;
- Cleaning internal and external glasses;
- Collecting and dispose of waste in appropriate manner;
- Cleaning and maintaining waste bins;




- Cleaning cobwebs
- Vacuuming carpets

- Prepare and operate routine equipment/ resources/ materials as set out in instructions, and ensure cleanliness of equipment.
- Report any workplace incidents, near misses or hazards to the relevant Supervisor/ Portfolio Manager;

- Secure handling of chemicals
- Follow approved cleaning scope of works, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and safety protocols.
- Handle, mix, and apply approved cleaning chemicals safely and according to guidelines whilst wearing appropriate PPE.
- Properly dispose of waste and chemical containers, in compliance with facility policies and waste streams.
- Positive Team player
- The ability to identify improvement opportunities and present these to your manager/ supervisor.
- Comply with company policies, procedures and code of conduct.

To be considered for this role you will have the following:

- Experience with a walk-behind scrubber is preferred, but not essential as on the job training will be provided.
- Must have a current Australian driver's license
- Own transport
- Valid work rights in Australia
- Able to start immediately
- Willing to undertake a medical screening (company organised)
- Willing to consent to a National Police Check (company organised)
- Minimum of 1-year commercial cleaning experience with a keen eye for detail.
