Finect is a fast growing commercial finance brokerage in Surry Hills. Now we're scaling our marketing to triple our lead flow, so we're hiring brokers at every level, from first job hungry to seasoned commercial writers.

- Real tech. Purpose built CRM and portal: live scorecards, automated workflows, deal tracking from lead to settlement. You'll always know exactly where you stand and what you've earned.

What you'll do?
- Assess business funding needs, structure solutions across our lender panel, run your pipeline daily (we're disciplined: every lead, every day), and own your clients from first call to settlement and beyond.



Repeat business from your own book pays you more, so relationships matter here.

Who we're hiring: three levels, one ad. Tell us where you fit.
- Junior (entry level, no finance experience required). This is about attitude: hungry, coachable, resilient, competitive, and professional on the phone. If you've proven you can work hard at anything, whether that's sales, hospitality, sport or a trade, and you want a career where effort converts directly into income, we'll teach you the rest.
- Finance Broker. You've worked in broking or around the lending industry, whether asset finance, mortgage broking, banking, or a lender's BDM or credit team, and you can run a deal with support. You know what a positive file looks like and you're ready for a bigger book.
- Senior Broker. You hold your Cert IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking and have real commercial lending experience. You've written business loans, you know the lender panel, and you can settle complex deals independently from day one. You want lead flow that matches your ability and a comp structure that doesn't punish you for being good.

- Full time, on site in Surry Hills. Base salary + super + uncapped commission, set by level and experience. The role and level we offer will match what you bring. Clear promotion criteria from day one.
