Day to Day Tasks include:
Lead and support commercial activities across the full capability lifecycle, from procurement planning to contract closure
Undertake research and provide advice on commercial, legal, technical and policy matters
Mentor and support Contract Management and Contract Development Officers to build team capability
Engage effectively with stakeholders and subject matter experts to achieve outcomes
Ensure compliance with policy requirements and manage commercial risks and performance
Provide timely, accurate and high-quality support to Executive Leadership Essential Requirements:
Tertiary qualifications in Business, Commerce, Law, Procurement, Contract Management, Finance, Project Management or a related field, or equivalent demonstrated experience
Demonstrated experience in commercial, procurement or contract management within a complex, regulated environment
Proven stakeholder management experience, with the ability to build and sustain effective working relationships across diverse groups
Solid understanding of communication flows, resource management, priorities and workflows to achieve business outcomes
Ability to identify, assess and manage commercial risks,
including those related to contract development, supplier performance and compliance Required Security Clearance Level: Negative Vetting Level 1 (NV1) Location: RAAF Base Williamtown / Newcastle Weekly Hours: 40 Hours (Monday-Friday) Onsite SFIA Skills Sought:
The overall financial management, control and stewardship of the IT assets and resources used in the provision of IT services, including the identification of materials and energy costs, ensuring compliance with all governance, legal and regulatory requirements.
FMIT Level 4
Monitors and maintains all required financial records for compliance and audit to all agreed requirements. Assists all other areas of IT with their financial tasks, especially in the areas of identification of process, service, project and component costs and the calculation and subsequent reduction of all IT service, project, component and process failures. Contributes to financial planning and budgeting.
