Sunshine Coast

Company Description Bush Clinicians Group (BCG) is a vertically integrated, Indigenous-governed operating platform focused on regulated skincare and sun care. The organisation embeds Indigenous Cultural and Intellectual Property (ICIP) governance across the entire value chain, from botanical knowledge access and supply to formulation, manufacturing, and distribution. Operating in Australia and the United States, BCG provides scientifically validated, regulatory-ready pathways and compliant manufacturing that meet or exceed emerging global standards.

The platform enables multiple commercial pathways, including proprietary brand development, white-label supply, and institutional partnerships. By integrating governance, consent, and revenue-sharing mechanisms, BCG offers a structurally defensible model that turns regulatory change into commercial advantage.

Role Description The Commercial Officer is a full-time role responsible for supporting and driving commercial outcomes across BCG’s product, partnership, and supply channels. The role involves collaborating with internal teams to align commercial strategy with governance, supply-chain, and regulatory requirements,

as well as providing responsive customer service to partners and clients.

The Commercial

Officer will also assist in training stakeholders on commercial processes, contributing to continuous improvement of commercial frameworks and performance.
