Community Marketing Manager – Build local fame, grow meaningful connections, and make a lasting impact in every community.

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

Are you passionate about building brands within local communities and creating meaningful customer connections? As a Community Marketing Manager, you will lead the development and delivery of hyper-local marketing strategies that build brand fame, drive client acquisition, and strengthen community engagement across Australia and New Zealand retail networks. Working closely with Business Leaders, advisors, marketing specialists, and external partners, you will create innovative campaigns, events, partnerships, and communications that elevate brand presence and support business growth. This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic and hands-on marketer who thrives on collaboration, creativity, and measurable results.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Drive brand ambassador initiatives across the network
- Own and drive the Billboard layer of the Operational Excellence model
- Brief designers and digital marketing specialists to deliver effective campaigns
- Experience in community management, social media, copywriting, and localised PR
- Build and maintain strong supplier, agency, media, and community partner relationships
- Support Business Leaders in developing strong personal brands and local market presence

- Deliver community-specific marketing initiatives focused on luxury client acquisition and retention
- Create and implement local event strategies that build credibility, engagement, and sales opportunities
- Develop communications plans, email marketing schedules, and campaign content for local databases

- Manage marketing budgets, including media investment, creative decisions, measurement, and reporting
- Manage implementation of marketing plans, ensuring KPIs and deliverables are achieved and reported monthly
- Analyse client marketing engagement and retention opportunities to grow loyalty and database performance

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders including Operations, Marketing, Business Leaders, and travel advisors




- Develop and execute hyper-local Billboard marketing strategies that increase brand awareness and community visibility
- Assist Business Leaders in hosting bespoke events, including client journeys, follow-up strategies, and success reporting

- Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and accessible work workplace where all Flighties feel welcomed, respected, and supported to thrive

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

- Event management experience
- Based in Brisbane with travel required as needed
- Travel industry experience desirable but not essential
- Experience in client acquisition and retention marketing
- Basic website platform management experience desirable

- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Real Estate industry experience desirable but not essential
- Luxury brand marketing experience desirable but not essential

- Working knowledge of Google My Business and Google Analytics
- Digital marketing experience, including organic and paid social media
- Ability to perform in a high-performance, results-driven environment

- Experience briefing and managing external agencies and suppliers
- Strong organisational, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
- Proven budget management, reporting, and campaign measurement experience

- Experience presenting strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders and gaining buy-in
- Proven experience developing and implementing marketing strategies that drive business growth
- Minimum 5 years' experience in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Event Management, or a related discipline
