(Tasmania) clinics)

Pristine Hearing Perth provides personalised audiology services to help people hear better and improve their quality of life. We are seeking a friendly, motivated and organised Community Liaison Officer (Recall & Outreach)
to help connect members of the community with appropriate hearing-care services.

About the role
You will help strengthen our relationships with existing and prospective patients across both Pristine
Hearing Perth (WA) and Pristine Hearing Devonport (Tasmania). The role will involve a combination of phone-based recall campaigns (supporting patients in both states), appointment coordination and community outreach.
Local, face-to-face outreach (including visits and relationship-building) is focused on the Perth region,
including local general practices and aged-care communities.
Your responsibilities may include
- Contacting patients to discuss hearing-care reviews and available services
- Helping patients arrange suitable appointments
- Building positive relationships with local GPs, aged-care providers and community organisations
- Introducing healthcare professionals and community partners to Pristine Hearing’s services
- Following up enquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Maintaining accurate records of interactions and appointments
- Supporting the clinic team with general communication and coordination activities
About you
You will be a confident and personable communicator who enjoys helping others. You will ideally have:
- A warm and professional telephone manner
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
- Self-motivation and the ability to work independently
- Confidence speaking with patients, healthcare professionals and community representatives
- Good computer and administrative skills
- Previous experience in healthcare, customer service, appointment booking, sales or community engagement will be viewed favourably
Audiology experience is not essential. Training and guidance will be provided to the right person.
