If you have
- an interest in supporting people with disabilities explore their capabilities and reach their potential;
- solid interpersonal skills;
- strong organisational and observation skills;
- the desire to share your interests and passions with others;
- the ability to manage your own time and work autonomously;
- a love for a constantly changing work environment;
- NDIS experience highly regarded
- qualifications in Disability and or Mental Health highly regarded;
- Early Childhood background is a Plus;
This position is for you. What we expect from you:
- Perform all duties with professionalism & care.
- Work under general guidance from the person seeking support/their family.
- Work within clearly defined guidelines
- Be responsible for managing your own time.
- Be able to work with limited supervision.
- Perform activities requiring the exercise of sound judgment, initiative, confidentiality and sensitivity.
- Support our clients with community access.
What you need:
- An interest in supporting people with disabilities explore their capabilities and reach their potential.
- Associate degree, Advanced Diploma, Diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Relevant experience totalling at least three (3) years is a plus.
- NDIS screening check as required.
- A current Working with Children check.
- A current First Aid Certificate.
- A Driver's License and a car (preferred).
