The Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Compliance Manager to play a key role in supporting KPay’s growing payments, merchant acquiring, and lending businesses .

You will help strengthen our compliance framework, provide practical regulatory advice, monitor compliance risks, and support our obligations to ASIC, AUSTRAC, and relevant payment schemes .

This is a hands-on opportunity to make a meaningful impact, take ownership of key compliance initiatives, and work closely with Risk, Operations, Product, Sales, Finance, and Legal teams in a fast-growing fintech environment.

What You’ll Do

- Support KPay’s Compliance Management Framework and AFSL obligations
- Monitor regulatory changes and assess business impact
- Manage compliance monitoring, breaches, incidents, and remediation
- Support AML/CTF, KYC, CDD/EDD, sanctions, and financial crime controls




- Provide compliance advice across payments, merchant acquiring, and lending
- Support regulatory reporting and engagement with ASIC and AUSTRAC
- Conduct compliance reviews, risk assessments, and product reviews
- Maintain compliance policies, registers, procedures, and reporting
- Partner with business teams to strengthen controls and promote a strong compliance culture

What We’re Looking For

- 5+ years of compliance experience in fintech, payments, banking, lending, or financial services
- Strong knowledge of ASIC, AUSTRAC, AML/CTF, and AFSL requirements
- Hands-on experience in compliance monitoring, breach management, and regulatory reporting
- Robust understanding of KYC/CDD/EDD and financial crime controls
- Payments, merchant acquiring, or lending experience is highly preferred
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Commercially minded, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
