Construction Labourer — Commercial Builds & Epoxy Flooring

We're after a reliable labourer to work across both sides of our business.

What you'll be doing

- General site labouring — materials handling, site prep, clean-up

- Assisting carpenters, steel erectors and trades on site

- Prep and assist on epoxy flooring jobs — grinding, vacuuming, patching, masking

- Mixing and moving product, keeping wet areas clean and controlled

- Loading and unloading deliveries

- Keeping the site tidy, safe and organised

- Following site safety requirements and site supervisor direction

What we're after

- White Card (mandatory)





- Reliable, on time, ready to work

- Good attitude and willing to learn

- Driver's licence and own transport to site

- Steel-cap boots and basic PPE

- Comfortable with early starts and the odd night or weekend shift (flooring work often runs out of hours in occupied buildings)

Handy but not essential

- Previous site experience on commercial or industrial builds

- Any epoxy, coatings, concrete grinding or polishing experience

- Forklift, EWP or other tickets

- Own basic hand tools
