Due to continued growth and an exciting evolution of the business, an opportunity now exists for an experienced Construction Manager to take ownership of the construction division and drive development and refinement.

You'll inherit an established team and systems with a solid pipeline of premium work, while being given the autonomy to improve processes, mentor people, drive operational performance and play a significant role in the future growth of the business.

Role Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the construction division, overseeing multiple concurrent projects
- Provide leadership and support to Site Supervisors and construction delivery teams
- Drive programming, resource planning and overall operational performance
- Oversee project budgets, procurement, forecasting and commercial outcomes
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, consultants and subcontractors
- Identify opportunities to improve systems, processes and construction delivery
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, profitably and to the highest quality standards
- Mentor,



develop and inspire a team to be high-performing
- Work closely with senior leadership to support the continued growth and evolution of the business
- Champion a culture built around accountability, professionalism and exceptional client service

Role Requirements:

- Proven experience operating as a Construction Manager, Operations Manager or Senior Project Manager
- Demonstrated success leading multiple project teams across complex construction projects
- Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets, procurement and project performance
- Outstanding leadership and people management capability
- Excellent organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractors
- Solutions-focused with a continuous improvement mindset
- Experience within premium residential, commercial landscaping, building or a related construction setting will be highly regarded
- A leader who genuinely leads by example and shares solid personal values and professional standards
