Annandale Christian College is seeking a proactive Facilities Supervisor to lead the maintenance, presentation and day-to-day operations of the College campus.
Key responsibilities
- Lead facilities, grounds and cleaning operations
- Coordinate contractors and maintenance works
- Undertake hands‑on maintenance and repairs as required
- Provide a safe and well‑maintained workplace for students and staff
Essential
- Genuine Christian faith
- Pastoral reference (required)
- Blue Card
- Experience in facilities, maintenance or property operations
- Practical, hands‑on maintenance skills
- Current Drivers Licence
Desirable
- Experience supervising staff and contractors
- Trade qualification or relevant industry experience
- Strong WHS knowledge
