What you'll be doing

- Manage and coordinate a team of landscape construction workers, to complete project tasks on schedule and to specification & program

- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and resolving any issues that arise

- Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety and environmental regulations

- Liaise with clients, subcontractors and other stakeholders to deliver exceptional customer service

- Provide mentorship and training to develop the skills of your team members

- Participate in the continuous improvement of our landscape construction processes and workflows

What we're looking for

- Minimum 2 years' experience as a Landscape Construction Supervisor or equivalent role

- Strong knowledge of landscape construction techniques, materials and equipment

- Hands-on experience with hardscaping, softscaping, irrigation systems, retaining walls, paving/stonework, and plant installation is essential

- Excellent leadership, problem-solving and communication skills





- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and technical specifications

- Demonstrated experience in leading and motivating teams to deliver high-quality work

- Experience supervising teams of 4-6 people minimum is required

- Current construction industry induction card (e.g.

White

Card) and driver's licence

- Qualifications in Construction, Horticulture or a related field is desirable

- MR/HR license desirable but not required
