Location: Albury Wodonga Health – Albury & Wangaratta, incl. Blackwood Cottage Residential Aged Care
Start Date: 31 August 2026
End Date: 4 December 2026 (willingness to extend)
Roster: Monday–Friday, 0830–1700
On‑Call: One weeknight every two weeks + one weekend every six weeks
Rate: $2500/day (inclusive of on‑call)
Payment Method: Invoice
Accommodation: Allowance provided to source own accommodation
Travel: Car hire available with prior approval; daily limit up to $70; fuel & extra km not reimbursed
Service Overview:
The Older Persons Mental Health Service (Northern & Southern Hubs) provides specialist case‑management and psychiatry for consumers requiring age‑related mental health care in a community setting.
Role Requirements:
RANZCP Supervisor Accreditation (mandatory)
ECT accreditation (preferred)
Experience in community psychiatry, OPMHS, or general adult
Ability to attend onsite one full week every two weeks
Key Responsibilities:
Provide psychiatric assessment and ongoing management for older persons
Work collaboratively with case managers and multidisciplinary teams
Support residential aged‑care consumers at Blackwood Cottage
Contribute to care planning, documentation, and clinical governance
