Content Media & Partnerships Manager

Blanca Studio & Reliquia Jewellery are on the lookout for a creative and data-driven Content & Partnerships Manager to lead our digital storytelling and brand marketing.

Based at our Sydney HQ, this 4-5 day in-office role is an exciting prospect to shape and evolve Blanca’s social presence across platforms through content creation and campaign performance analysis.

As the Social Media & Partnerships Manager, you’ll combine a strong visual eye with strategic thinking to drive brand visibility, digital engagement, and meaningful audience growth. Reporting directly to the Founder & Director, you’ll play a pivotal role in crafting and executing innovative social media strategies that align with our brand values and future vision.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and lead Blanca and sister brand Reliquia Jewellery’s content strategy across social platforms, ensuring alignment with brand identity, tone and campaign objectives.
- Oversee day-to-day execution of social media content, from planning through to production and publishing.
- Conceptualise, shoot and edit original photo and video content in-house, tailored to each platform (Instagram, TikTok, etc).
- Manage our influencer outreach and gifting program- maintaining relationships and identifying new creative collaborators who reflect our aesthetic.
- Monitor content performance and audience insights, delivering weekly reports to inform strategy and optimise growth.
- Coordinate the seasonal marketing calendar, aligning across all channels including eComm,



email marketing and PR.
- Ensure consistency in Blanca’s visual branding and messaging across digital platforms.
- Keep your finger on the pulse of industry trends, emerging creators and platform updates- bringing fresh, forward-thinking ideas to the table.
- Oversee the annual partnerships budget, ensuring spend is strategic and aligned to key targets.

About You

- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role, ideally within fashion, lifestyle or design.
- Strong portfolio of social content creation, from ideation through to editing and publishing.
- Excellent visual and editorial sensibility with a deep understanding of brand storytelling.
- Comfortable working with analytics tools and making data-backed decisions.
- Confident using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva and other key marketing tools.
- Clear, thoughtful communication style and an ability to work cross-functionally within a fast-paced creative team.
