About the Role

We are partnering with a reputable builder-developer with over 10+ years of experience delivering quality multi-residential and commercial industrial projects across South East Queensland. They are seeking an experienced Contracts Administrator to join their team around Brisbane CBD.

Key Responsibilities

- Administer head contracts and subcontractor agreements, including procurement and negotiations.
- Manage variations, progress claims, payment schedules and subcontractor claims.
- Maintain RFIs, notices, correspondence and contract documentation.
- Monitor project costs, budgets, commitments and cash flow, preparing commercial reports.

Requirements

- 3–5 years' experience as a Contracts Administrator in multi-residential construction ($10M–$30M).
- Solid understanding of contracts, subcontract administration, variations and progress claims.
- Ability to read and understand contracts,



drawings, scopes and specifications.
- Relevant Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or Building qualification preferred.
