The Role Are you passionate about driving meaningful change and empowering people to improve the way they work every day?
As our Continuous Improvement Manager, you'll be a key leader in shaping and embedding a high-performing culture at our Salisbury site. Partnering closely with site leaders and frontline teams, you'll champion BEX (Bega Excellence), bringing continuous improvement principles to life through coaching, collaboration, and hands-on leadership. Your work will directly contribute to improving safety, quality, delivery, cost, and team engagement, ensuring sustainable results and operational excellence across the site.
Our Salisbury site in Adelaide’s northern suburbs manufactures a range of more than 78 milk and milk-based products. This site is a combined production and distribution facility producing well-known brands such as Pura, Dairy Farmers, Farmers Union, and Feel Good; and distributes across predominantly SA and NT, but also NSW and VIC.
Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire a site-wide culture of continuous improvement, fostering ownership, engagement, and accountability at all levels
- Champion BEX (Bega Excellence) tools, practices, and ways of working to build capability and drive performance
- Partner with leaders and teams to identify, prioritise, and deliver high-impact improvement initiatives
- Use operational data and insights to uncover opportunities, solve problems, and support informed decision-making
- Embed, sustain, and standardise improvements to ensure long-term success and continuous growth
About You
- Proven experience in Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence, Lean Manufacturing, or a similar role within FMCG or manufacturing
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into practical outcomes
- A collaborative and influential leader who enjoys coaching, mentoring, and developing others
- Skilled at engaging stakeholders and building strong relationships across all levels of an organisation
- Lean Six Sigma qualifications or experience are highly regarded but not essential
