As a result, they are seeking a Contracts Administrator to join their cooperative team based in East Brisbane.

Working closely with experienced Project Managers and the wider delivery team, you'll play an integral role in the commercial administration of projects ranging from $10 million to $30 million.

Projects include

- Multi-story residential developments
- Aged care projects
- Large scale (100+) townhouse developments
- Other private commercial projects

Key Responsibilities

- Administration of head contracts
- Preparation and administration of subcontract agreements
- Management of project documentation
- Assessment and administration of contract variations
- Cost tracking and commercial reporting
- Supporting Project Managers throughout project delivery
- Liaising with subcontractors, consultants and clients
- Ensuring contractual compliance across multiple projects

About You We are interested in speaking with candidates who have:





- Experience as a Contracts Administrator within the commercial construction industry
- Proficiency with Procore (preferred)
- Strong understanding of commercial contracts and subcontract administration
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- High attention to detail
- A collaborative approach and willingness to work as part of a close-knit team
- Relevant construction or quantity surveying qualifications (preferred)
