Due to continued growth, the business is looking to appoint 2 x Contract Administrators, with opportunities available across its High-Rise Residential and Fitout & Refurbishment divisions.
?️ Contract Administrator – High-Rise Residential
Join an established project team delivering major high-rise residential developments. You'll gain exposure to complex construction packages, large-scale projects and an experienced commercial team, with genuine opportunities to progress into Senior CA and Commercial Management positions.
? Contract Administrator – Fitout & Refurbishment
Join a growing division delivering a diverse pipeline of fitout, refurbishment and upgrade projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially driven CA looking for variety, responsibility and a clear pathway to progress within a major developer/builder.

Depending on the division, your responsibilities will include:
- Procurement and letting of subcontract packages
- Preparing scopes of works
- Subcontract administration
- Progress claims and payment schedules
- Variations and cost management
- Forecasting and commercial reporting
- Contractual correspondence
- Working closely with Project Managers, Site Managers and the wider commercial team
- Managing relationships with subcontractors, consultants and key stakeholders
About You: For the High-Rise Residential opportunity, experience across apartments, multi-residential, commercial or other large-scale construction projects will be highly regarded.
For the Fitout & Refurbishment opportunity, we're keen to speak with CAs from commercial fitout, refurbishment, upgrades or similar project backgrounds.
You'll ideally have:
- Previous Contract Administrator experience within construction
- Strong procurement and subcontract administration skills
- Good commercial and contractual knowledge
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- A proactive attitude and genuine ambition to progress your career
- Relevant Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or Engineering qualifications are advantageous
