The Role

Struxture Group is seeking a site‑based contract administrator to join our VIC team. This role offers meaningful responsibility, hands‑on involvement in delivery, and a genuine pathway toward project management.

What you’ll do

- Manage subcontractor packages, procurement and scopes
- Support claims, variations, budget tracking & cost reporting
- Maintain RFIs, documentation and contribute to HSE/WHS compliance
- Assist with site operations and help drive program delivery
- Prepare minutes and support the wider project team across delivery

What you bring

- 4+ years' CA or Project Coordination experience
- Background in health, education, research or complex commercial projects (preferred)
- Strong communication, organisation and problem‑solving skills
- Comfortable working onsite and supporting program outcomes
- Proactive, detail‑driven and eager to keep developing
