The Opportunity We’re currently seeking both Contract Administrators and Senior Contract Administrators to join our Queensland team. You’ll work across a wide range of exciting and challenging projects including commercial fit-outs, refurbishments, and new-builds.

Reporting to the Project Manager, you’ll play a key role in the successful delivery of projects—ensuring they are safe, high-quality, and commercially sound. Your responsibilities will include:





- Procurement strategy development and execution
- Administration of subcontracts and supplier agreements
- Managing cost control, forecasting, and reporting
- Supporting site teams to deliver project milestones

About You You’re a proactive team player who thrives in a collaborative and values-driven setting. You’ll bring:

- Experience in commercial construction contract administration
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
- Experience with construction software (e.g. Procore, 1Breadcrumb, Asta Powerproject) — or the willingness to learn
- A solutions-focused mindset with the ability to think creatively
