In this role, you'll:

Play a key role in supporting the delivery of road and active transport infrastructure projects by providing contract administration, commercial, and financial management support across a portfolio of projects.

Administer construct only, D&C; and/or construction professional services contracts to support successful project development and delivery.

Monitor contract performance, manage contract registers and records, and support reporting activities.

Assessment and administration of progress claims, variations, contractual issues and draft Contractual letters and briefing notes..

Provide contract advice and support to Project Managers, Commercial Managers, and project teams.

Monitor project financial performance and contribute to forecasting, reporting, and financial management activities.

Identify and escalate contractual risks while supporting compliance with procurement and contract management requirements.

Build effective relationships with contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders to achieve project and commercial outcomes For more information on this position and business unit, view the role description and information pack.

This is a permanent position with the hub at Parramatta, NSW,



attendance to office including assigned project sites as per TfNSW hybrid working policy.

About you

You are a motivated and detail oriented contracts or commercial skilled with experience supporting infrastructure, construction, engineering, or project development and/or delivery environments. You enjoy working in collaborative project teams and have a strong ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining a focus on quality, compliance, and outcomes.
