Key Responsibilities Prepare and cook food to a consistently high standard

Respond promptly to guest needs

Check ingredient quality; monitor stock and place orders as needed

Minimise wastage and record where required

Maintain a clean,

Follow SOPs, hotel policies and OH&S; guidelines

Supervise and train staff when directed

What You’ll Bring

Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent experience

Strong food safety and hygiene knowledge
