About the Role

Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will be a key point of contact for customers, providing responsive, accurate and professional support across phone and email.

This is much more than simply processing orders. You will work closely with dental practices, clinicians, internal teams and suppliers to solve problems, follow enquiries through to resolution and ensure customers receive an outstanding level of service.

You will manage the customer journey from initial enquiry and order placement through to delivery, keeping customers informed, and ensuring every interaction is handled professionally and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide friendly, professional and responsive customer service via phone and email

- Build strong relationships with dental practices, clinicians and customers

- Respond to product, order, stock and delivery enquiries accurately and efficiently

- Manage customer orders from placement through to delivery





- Proactively follow up outstanding enquiries and ensure issues are resolved

- Liaise with internal teams and suppliers regarding stock availability and delivery timeframes

- Troubleshoot customer issues and identify practical solutions

- Escalate technical or commercially sensitive enquiries when required

- Maintain accurate customer, order and account information

- Assist with invoice queries and resolve discrepancies

- Support inventory and stock order management

- Maintain high standards of accuracy, quality, and compliance

About You

We would particularly love to hear from candidates currently working as a:

- Dental Assistant

- Treatment Coordinator

- Dental Receptionist / Practice Coordinator

- Dental Customer Service Representative

You will ideally bring
- Experience within a dental practice, dental organisation or healthcare environment

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A genuine passion for customer service and helping people

- Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to take ownership of customer enquiries

- Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail

- Excellent follow-up skills – you don't let things fall through the cracks

- Strong organisation and time-management skills
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment

- Confidence communicating with clinicians, practice teams and internal stakeholders
- A proactive,



positive and team-oriented approach

- Confidence learning new computer systems and processes

- Previous experience with SAP, Oracle or another ERP/order management system would be highly regarded
