The Opportunity

We are looking for a dynamic, customer obsessed individual to join our Supply Chain team. Working closely with Sales and Marketing teams along with our 3rd Party Logistics providers, you will make it your priority to ensure timely and accurate delivery of stock to customers. Reporting into the Supply Chain Operations Manager AUNZ, your main responsibilities will include: Processing customer sales orders and working with 3rd party logistics providers owning on time and in full delivery

Proactive customer communication, ensuring all updates are provided and queries resolved in a timely manner





Owning distribution and logistics partners interactions throughout the order to cash cycle

Drive investigations to problem solve logistics errors and returns for customers

Relationship development and management internally and externally with customers and stakeholders

Supporting broader Supply Chain team as needed

Supporting continuous improvement initiatives What are we looking for? Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience within FMCG, operations or liquor industry

Prior working experience in SAP, Oracle or other ERP

Customer focused, customer obsessed mindset with a solid understanding of warehousing & transport

Excellent problem-solving, analytical thinker, can work independently or within a team

Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

Intermediate Excel skills, Excellent IT skills with the ability to learn new systems
