About the Role An exciting opportunity awaits the right candidate. Monson Logistics is looking for a Customer Service / Account Manager to liaise and communicate with our customers and sub-contractors.
The role can be fast paced at times and would require someone that can work with a sense of urgency and focus.
Some of the key responsibilities with this role are:
- Provide a high level of service to our customers
- Manage customer accounts
- Coordination of freight movements
- Liaise with freight partners and internal stake holders
- Conflict resolution
Based in our Bell Bay Office the Customer Service / Account Manager will work closely with the Operations teams to ensure safe and timely freight coordination and customer satisfaction. About You To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
- Previous experience in Customer Service positions
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent computer skills are necessary to work quickly and efficiently.
- Positive time management skills and ability to prioritise workload
- Ability to work under pressure and meet demanding deadlines
- Ability to pass a Drug & Alcohol test
Note:Experience in the transport industry is desirable but not necessary as full on the job training is provided to the successful applicant Some of the benefits you will receive:
