We are partnering with an innovative organisation that plays a key role in supporting sustainability initiatives across Australia and is looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join its team-oriented Contact Centre team.
Key responsibilities include
- Managing inbound customer enquiries via phone and email
- Investigating and resolving customer issues and complaints
- Providing accurate information and support to customers and business partners
- Maintaining customer records and case notes within ticketing systems
- Contributing to knowledge-sharing and process improvement initiatives
- Working collaboratively within a team-focused contact centre environment
About You To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- Previous contact centre experience handling inbound calls and email enquiries
- Experience using ticketing systems or CRM platforms such as Zendesk, ServiceNow, Salesforce, or similar
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer service
- The ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
- Resilience and confidence in handling complex enquiries and customer complaints
- A genuine passion for delivering positive customer outcomes
Working Arrangements
- Permanent full-time position (38 hours per week)
- Hybrid working model
- Dedicated home office setup required, including reliable internet connection
- Attendance at the North Sydney office at least once per fortnight and as required for training and team events
- Rotating roster across Monday to Sunday
