SUMMARY OF THE ROLE

We are now inviting applications from interested candidates for a Customer Service Administrator position, based in Derrimut, VIC.

- Process and verify the accuracy of customer orders in a timely and productive manner to ensure Jotun's on-time delivery performance objectives are achieved.
- Receive and enter orders for collection or delivery, ensuring proper document flow control.
- Follow up with the warehouse regarding customer delivery enquiries and reports.
- Dispatch invoices and credit notes to customers and follow up to ensure they are received in a timely manner.
- Perform data entry of inventory transactions.
- Verify, enter and review system pricing against customer purchase orders and sales orders, attaching relevant supporting documentation where required.




- Process customer returns in accordance with Jotun's Guidelines and Procedures.
- Ensure order information is accurate to facilitate invoice processing.
- Resolve customer and partner invoice enquiries and discrepancies.
- Work closely with the Finance Department to resolve disputed credit items.
- Ensure all exception and promotional customer pricing complies with Jotun's guidelines.
- Log customer complaints in the company's customer complaint database
