Hoppers Crossing Sports Club is searching for casual and part time Customer Service Attendants to join our Gaming, Food & Beverage team.

As part of this position your work would include:

- Exceptional customer service

- Responsible service of alcohol to members and guests

- Cash handling

- Bar & table service

- Food handling and service

- General cleaning duties

- Maintaining presentation standards of the Club.

Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) and Responsible Service of Gaming (RSG) in Victoria (or a willingness to gain) are essential. Experience in hospitality or service industry and / or qualifications will also be highly regarded.

You will need to demonstrate:

- previous hospitality experience preferable
- great teamwork and enthusiasm
- excellent communication skills
- high attention to detail
- high level of resilience

- Comfortable with working split shifts

- Availability on weekends and evenings however we believe in Work/Life/Balance and aim to provide our employees with a weekend off per month.
