Customer Service Attendant to join our energetic team at Pressed Dry Cleaning
Our Customer Service Attendants are the first point of contact in providing exemplary service to our loyal customer base. You will welcome customers, receive and prepare garments for cleaning, and complete payment transactions.
The right candidate will be a motivated, results-driven individual who has a strong desire to learn and deliver consistent quality results.
Key tasks:
- input incoming orders, complete order pick-ups
- complete payment transactions and daily till reconciliation
- confidently manage customer expectations
- prepare garments for cleaning; including checking of pockets, inspection for stains and defects
- complete wardrobe inventory and ensure orders are accurately stored
Required skills and attributes:
- sound computer (keyboard) skills
- ability to accurately follow detailed procedures and complete tasks in a timely manner
- physically fit and have the ability to stand on your feet and work
- non-smoker
Training: industry experience is not essential, however a willingness to learn is a must. On-the-job training provided. Hours: 20.5 hours + per week, Weekdays and Saturday mornings. Shifts are usually 8:30 - 5pm
Location: Wynnum with the ability to work at our other stores at Vic Point, Cleveland and Gumdale as required e.g. to cover a shift due to a team member absence To apply: please email your CV to
