Summary An exciting chance is available for an experienced, customer-focused administrator to join our team as a Customer Service Officer . As the first point of contact for our customers, you will deliver a high-quality customer experience while providing essential administrative and transaction support across our site operations.

This role would suit someone who enjoys working with customers, can manage competing priorities and is comfortable operating in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, particularly on auction days.

The Role

Playing a valued part in our Customer Service team based in Eagle farm, QLD. you will be responsible for delivering a professional and welcoming experience as the first point of contact for Cox Automotive Australia's customers and visitors.

You will manage customer enquiries, inbound and outbound calls, visitor administration and general site support. You will also assist with vehicle registration activities, transaction processing,



personal property management and customer service duties on auction days.

This is a varied, hands-on role that requires flexibility, attention to detail and a willingness to build a strong understanding of our Vehicle, Industrial and Salvage operations. You will work closely with our National Customer Experience team, Remarketing and Sales teams, Site Operations and Finance Transaction Services team to help deliver an efficient and consistent experience for our customers.

Our Customer Service team works closely with customers, clients and internal stakeholders to support the smooth operation of the site.

We are looking for someone who is collaborative, approachable and able to triage priorities across competing demands. The successful candidate will bring empathy, patience and professionalism to customer interactions while working constructively with colleagues to achieve shared goals.

Responsibilities

· Deliver professional customer service as the first point of contact for customers and visitors.

· Manage customer enquiries, calls, visitor sign-in and general site administration.

· Raise purchase orders, follow up unpaid invoices and complete accurate SAP and customer record updates.

· Process payments, vehicle releases, registration documentation, fines and tolls.





· Coordinate vehicle-related documentation and salvage personal property.

· Support auction-day activities, including bidder registration, catalogue preparation and customer assistance.

· Promote the Cox Automotive Portal and help customers access invoices and payment options.

· Work collaboratively across teams and escalate complex enquiries when required.

Skills & Experience

· Previous experience in a customer-facing administration role.

· Excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skills.

· Strong attention to detail, data-entry accuracy and Microsoft Office proficiency.

· Effective problem-solving, time-management and prioritisation skills.

· Experience with purchase orders, invoices and payment follow-up.

· Ability to remain professional and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.

· Experience with SAP, CRM systems, customer portals or the automotive industry would be advantageous.

· A Certificate III or IV in Business Administration would be desirable
