CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER – TOOWOOMBA

Protech are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative

This position is for front counter customer service and telephone customer service, working within the building industry

ABOUT THE ROLE

- Immediate start

- Training provided (industry specific)

- Salary - $60K plus super

- Monday – Friday 38 hours per week

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES but not limited to the following

- Customer Service

- Customer Accounts Management

- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders in a positive manner

- Working on internal computer data base systems, Microsoft Office and Accounting systems

- Processing payments, managing accounts and purchase orders

- Responding to emails and product enquiries

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

- Proven experience as a Customer Service Representative

- Competent with computer systems

- Experience with purchase orders and managing accounts

- Strong Customer Service focus





- Open C Class Licence (Must Have)
