Ms Allure is growing, and we’re looking for a passionate Customer Service & Showroom Assistant to join our team at our Point Cook headquarters.

This is a casual position working 3–4 days per week, with the potential for the role to grow as our business continues to expand.

This is a varied, hands-on role with a strong focus on providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive experience for everyone who interacts with Ms Allure.

Your primary responsibilities will be customer support, front desk reception and showroom assistance, while also supporting online order fulfilment, events and other areas of the business when required.

No two days are necessarily the same, so we’re looking for someone who enjoys variety, takes initiative and is always willing to jump in and help. Key Responsibilities

Your day-to-day responsibilities may include:

Providing friendly and professional customer service via email, phone and in person

Managing the front desk and warmly greeting customers and visitors to our Point Cook headquarters

Assisting customers with enquiries and providing solutions or support where required





Helping customers shop our showroom and creating an enjoyable, personalised shopping experience

Processing and fulfilling online customer orders accurately and efficiently

Assisting with customer service during events held at our Point Cook headquarters

Supporting the team at external events, including pop-ups and shopping centre activations when required

Helping maintain a welcoming, organised and presentable showroom and customer area

Assisting other members of the team with general tasks during busy periods

Learning different areas of the business and stepping into additional responsibilities when needed About You

Have previous customer service, retail,



reception or similar experience – highly regarded but not essential

Most importantly, we’re looking for someone with a positive attitude who is willing to learn, take initiative and become part of the team. Hours & Availability

This is a casual position working approximately 3–4 days per week.

Our regular office operates Monday to Friday, so the majority of your hours will fall within weekday business hours.

During peak trading periods or when Ms Allure is hosting or attending events, there may also be opportunities for occasional weekend or outside-of-office-hours work. Flexibility to assist with these events when available would be highly valued.

As Ms Allure continues to grow, there is also potential for this position and its responsibilities to grow over time.
