ROLE OVERVIEW The Customer Support Partner will support the end-to-end assignment lifecycle of contingent workers engaged through the MSP program. The role involves coordinating onboarding, workforce administration, assignment management, supplier engagement, compliance activities, and offboarding processes while ensuring a high level of service delivery to stakeholders.

The successful candidate will work closely with hiring managers, contingent workforce partners, suppliers, and VMS technology platforms to ensure smooth workforce operations and compliance throughout the worker lifecycle.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Support contingent workforce lifecycle activities, including assignment extensions, renewals, tenure management, and workforce administration.
- Manage onboarding processes, including compliance documentation, system access, reference checks, registrations, and first-day activities.
- Coordinate worker offboarding activities, including compliance checks, equipment returns, security clearances, and exit processes.
- Support time and expense management activities.
- Assist with workforce and supplier education initiatives.
- Maintain and update operational documentation, SOPs, user guides, and training materials.




- Support supplier engagement, technology utilization, and data management initiatives.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, quality standards, and client requirements.
- Develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and contingent workers.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

Target Experience

- 1–2 years of relevant experience

Must-Have Skills:
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working with VMS platforms/systems
- Strong Microsoft Office proficiency
- Solid organisational and time management skills
- Customer-service-oriented mindset
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- High level of accuracy and compliance focus

Preferred Background

- MSP, contingent workforce, recruitment coordination, workforce administration, or HR support experience
- Experience with workforce engagement and workforce-related queries
- Recruitment industry experience would be advantageous
