Role Description This part-time, remote Customer Support Specialist / Customer Service Representative role focuses on providing timely, high-quality assistance to students, faculty, staff, and other stakeholders. Daily responsibilities include responding to inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms; resolving account, access, and basic technical issues; and documenting interactions in support systems for accurate tracking.

The role also involves guiding users through procedures, escalating complex issues to appropriate teams, and following up to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction. The specialist will collaborate with internal departments, maintain up-to-date knowledge of institutional policies and systems, and contribute to process improvements that enhance the overall support experience.
