The Opportunity

We are seeking a talented and experienced Custom Broker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of customs regulations and procedures, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of successfully managing customs processes.

Responsibilities:

- Manage import and export customs clearance processes
- Ensure compliance with all relevant customs laws and regulations




- Communicate effectively with clients and government authorities
- Process refunds and drawbacks
- Provide tariff advice and tariff concession order applications.
- Handle documentation and paperwork related to customs clearance
- Stay updated on changes in customs laws and regulations

Requirements:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a custom broker
- Licenced Broker, CPD compliant, DAFF Accredited
- Strong knowledge of customs regulations and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented and skilled in managing paperwork and documentation
