We're looking for a Data Analyst to join our Data Strategy & Analytics team and help turn complex data into actionable insights that drive business performance and strategic decision-making.

What you will do

- Analyse and interpret data to identify trends, risks, opportunities and business insights.

- Develop dashboards, reports and visualisations that support decision-making across the business.

- Gather, transform and validate data from a range of internal and external sources.

- Use SQL, Python and analytics tools to automate reporting and improve efficiency.

- Partner with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into practical analytics solutions.

- Collaborate with data engineering and development teams to deliver end-to-end analytics outcomes.

- Support data quality,



governance and data management practices.

- Contribute to advanced analytics and machine learning initiatives where relevant.

What you will bring

- Qualifications in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics or a related discipline.

- Experience in a data analytics, business intelligence or similar analytical role.

- Solid SQL and Python skills.

- Experience developing dashboards, reports and data visualisations.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder engagement skills.

- Ability to communicate complex findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Highly regarded

- Experience with Databricks and/or dbt.

- Financial services or consulting experience.

- Experience in customer, marketing, operations or process optimisation analytics.
