Job responsibilities:

- Maintain infection prevention practices and secure medication administration standards.
- Work 36 hours per week with 12-hour shifts.
- Prepare patients for diagnostic tests or procedures and provide post-procedure monitoring as indicated.
- Provide patient and family education related to the plan of care and discharge needs.
- Perform focused reassessments and escalate concerns through appropriate clinical channels.
