About the Role
As a Payroll Administrator with us, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our team with administrative payroll processes using CHRIS21/iCHRIS.
What You’ll Do
- Maintain and update employee records in the payroll system, including new hire setup
- Maintain payroll records and ensure data integrity.
- Assigning and assisting with employee queries through a ticketing system
- Manage general administrative tasks
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date payroll recordsAssisting Payroll team with fortnightly pay runs
- Some understanding of payroll processes
- A friendly, customer-focused approach with robust communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Experience using payroll systems is an added bonus but not essential.
