We are seeking a highly analytical, curious, and detail-oriented Data Insights Analyst to support data analysis, reporting, and business decision-making. This role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals who are passionate about data, technology, and turning information into meaningful business insights.

? Key Responsibilities

- Collect, clean, organize, and analyze data from multiple sources.
- Support the preparation of reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.
- Analyze business and operational data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
- Assist in tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.
- Conduct data validation and quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Translate data findings into clear and actionable insights for internal stakeholders.
- Support market, customer, product, and operational analysis as required.
- Collaborate with business, marketing, operations, finance, and technology teams on data-related projects.
- Assist in developing recurring reports and improving data reporting processes.
- Identify data gaps, inconsistencies, and potential areas for process improvement.
- Maintain accurate documentation of data sources, analysis methods, and reporting processes.
- Stay updated on data analytics tools, industry trends, and emerging technologies.

✅ Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Business, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field is preferred.
- 0–2 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.




- Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of data analysis and visualization concepts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Familiarity with SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Python, or similar analytical tools is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.
- Ability to communicate analytical findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn new tools, technologies, and analytical techniques.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
