About the Role In this role, you will lead the development of dealer service analytics and business intelligence capability across MMAL. You will transform dealer service and repair order data into meaningful insights that improve dealer performance, customer retention and business decision making.

You'll be the subject matter expert for dealer service analytics, partnering with stakeholders across Aftersales, Regional teams and the dealer network to deliver reporting, insights and recommendations that drive commercial outcomes.

Core Responsibilities

- Lead MMAL's dealer service analytics and BI strategy
- Develop Power BI dashboards, reports and executive scorecards
- Transform complex datasets into actionable business insights
- Establish reporting governance, standards and controls
- Support dealer performance,



compliance and incentive initiatives
- Provide strategic recommendations to business leaders

Essential Skills and Experience

- Extensive experience in data analytics, business intelligence or a similar commercial analytics role
- Expert Power BI skills, including data modelling, DAX and Power Query
- Strong analytical thinking with experience turning complex data into actionable business insights
- Experience with data governance, enterprise reporting and large-scale data integration
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and a relevant tertiary qualification; automotive industry experience highly regarded
