Nestled amongst Adelaide Uni West Campus on the West End of Hindley Street.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and hands-on Deli Manager to lead the day-to-day operation of our deli.
This is a customer-facing role for someone who enjoys great coffee, fresh food and hospitality, and is confident leading a small team.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing the daily operation of the deli
- Making quality coffee and maintaining barista standards
- Preparing fresh sandwiches, salads and other deli items
- Providing excellent customer service and building relationships with regulars
- Leading, training and supporting the deli team
- Managing daily food preparation, stock and presentation
- Maintaining food safety, hygiene and cleanliness standards
About You
- Previous experience in a deli, café, restaurant or similar environment
- Solid barista and food preparation skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Confident leading a team
- Organised, reliable and able to work independently
- Passionate about quality food, coffee and hospitality
This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to take ownership of a busy deli operation and be part of the West Oak Hotel team. This is a Full Time position 38 hours per week, Generally Monday - Friday 6:30am - 2:30pm.
