About the Role
We’re looking for a creative and commercially minded Designer to join the Bonds Design team, focusing on our Women’s Underwear category.
This role will see you design and deliver trend-led, customer-focused ranges that bring together innovation, brand direction and strong commercial thinking. Working closely with Merchandising, Product Development and R&D; teams, you’ll help bring seasonal concepts to life, creating product that feels fresh, relevant and unmistakably Bonds, while delivering to customer needs and business objectives. Key Responsibilities
Design and develop seasonal Women’s Underwear ranges
Drive trend research, colour direction and seasonal concepts
Create development packs and maintain product information within PLM
Collaborate with Merchandising and Product teams to deliver commercial ranges
Coordinate sample development and support fit and product reviews
Analyse market trends, competitors and customer insights
Support range presentations and seasonal sign-off meetings
Ensure products meet quality, cost and timeline targets
What You Bring
3+ years' experience in fashion design (underwear, intimates or apparel preferred)
Solid understanding of fabrics, fit and garment construction
Commercial mindset with the ability to design for the customer
Experience working across seasonal product development cycles
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office
Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines
Collaborative approach with excellent communication skills
Relevant tertiary qualification in Fashion, Textiles or Design
