Role Overview

Based in Ormeau, Taylex is seeking a motivated and creative Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our growing Marketing team. Reporting directly to the Marketing Manager, this role plays a key part in enhancing our digital presence, delivering engaging content, and driving campaign performance across multiple digital channels.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

- Develop and manage digital content calendars to ensure timely and brand-aligned execution
- Coordinate and deliver engaging content across social media, website, and email marketing platforms
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external creative suppliers to produce high-quality digital assets
- Manage publishing workflows using scheduling tools and CMS platforms to ensure accuracy and optimisation
- Execute and optimise paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and Google
- Monitor campaign performance metrics and implement improvements to maximise ROI
- Maintain and update website content, ensuring SEO best practices and user-friendly design




- Ensure all digital communications are consistent with Taylex’s brand identity and tone of voice
- Analyse digital performance data and contribute insights to improve campaign outcomes
- Provide monthly reporting on campaign performance, ROI, and content effectiveness
- Identify opportunities to enhance customer experience through digital tools and emerging platforms
- Stay up to date with marketing trends, technologies, and platform updates
- Support broader marketing initiatives and campaigns as required

About You

- Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a digital marketing or social media coordination role
- Proven experience managing social media platforms, digital campaigns, and online content
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO and paid media
- Hands-on experience with marketing tools (e.g. social media schedulers, email platforms, analytics tools)
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimise performance
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritise effectively, and meet deadlines
- Creative thinker with a proactive and solutions-focused approach
- Collaborative team player who can also work independently
